What Race Images can I buy:
All images on this site are available for purchase either as prints or as a digital download file. In addition we hold an archive of racing images for every race at York from 2002 onwards. Please message if you are interested in any race not featured on the website.
What are your print prices:
7"x5.5" - £15.00
8"x6" - £20.00*
9"x6" - £20.00
10"x7" - £28.00
10"x8" - £28.00*
10"x8" - £35.00 - titled
12"x8" - £36.00
16"x12" - £48.00*
16"x12" - £55.00 - titled

* Print sizing :
All images shown on this site will print in a ratio of 2-3. For example 7.5 inches x 5. However some of the popular print sizes such as 8x6 or 10x8 inches will require some cropping of the image. The print sizes requiring cropping have been asterisked in the purchase option. Make sure you are happy with this prior to ordering. We will always try to use good judgement as to the best crop, but if you are in any doubt please contact us first for advice prior to ordering.
Photo Race Titling :
This is offered on two print sizes 10x8 and 16x12 - pricing is additional £7-00 per print. An example of the titling used is below. Titling is offset to allow for framing or trimming. Prints will be sent in this format unless a change is requested at time of ordering.
**Photo Montage:
A 16"x12" photo print with a montage of 5 images complete with race titling (see sample below) is a popular choice and costs £96-00 after the automatic 20% discount is applied at checkout. Please message regarding which images you wish to be used. A framing option is also available.
Print Options
You have a choice of gloss or satin paper at time of purchase. All prints are sent to a professional photographic laboratory who will deliver the completed order direct to the customer via first class mail in well protected card backed envelopes or tubes - depending on size ordered. Allow 20 days for delivery although most orders are completed within 10 working days.
Can you frame a print:
Yes we now offer framing as part of the service.
We offer a bespoke framed print, we will be in touch regarding the frame options after purchase. Once you have decided on the frame/mount combo, the order will be sent to our printers, and then framer who will custom make the frame to your specification. We will be in touch once we have the completed framed to let you know it is being sent out to you.
Automatic discount brings prices fully inclusive of P+P to

16"x12" - Mount and frame finished size approx 20"x16"
16"x12" - Montage + mount and frame size approx 20"x16"
Can I order a digital file:
Yes Absolutely. Two purchase options available.
Web use only - £50-00.
A file suitable for web use will be supplied via email or a direct download from the website. This image can only be used for web purposes for the individual or company who purchase it. Printing, advertising of distribution to third parties is not permitted.
Extended use in all media - £125-00
A full resolution file will be supplied electronically and payment allows unlimited use in all media including web use for the individual or company who make the purchase. It can be used for advertising or brochure use and to make prints, but distribution or sale to third parties is strictly not permitted.
Digital Files from the 2020 season onwards are available for immediate purchase and download. Please follow online instructions to complete order.
Do you have any Discounts for large orders:
A flat rate discount of 20% applies to all orders over £75-00. This discount applies only to prices and options on this site. For all other orders placed outside this site prices and discounts may differ.
Bulk Ordering digital or print files.
Please contact direct for pricing options dependent on your specific needs.
How do I pay:
On your chosen image, click on the Buy Now button at the bottom of the picture. This will bring up a list of purchase options: Digital File Purchase, Glossy reprints or Lustre/semi gloss reprints. For each option there is a drop down list showing print sizes and prices and a separate option for quantity. Choose the print size and quantity you want and click Add to Cart. A thumbnail of the image chosen will then appear at the top of the page showing a link to your shopping cart. You can choose to click on this straight away to view and checkout or continue shopping/ browsing. Any new purchases made will also appear in your cart.
When you are ready, click on the shopping cart - view and checkout link and you will be taken to your cart with details of your purchases. You then have an option to make amendments to the quantity or remove from the cart.
You will also see postage which is automatically added for all print orders. This is currently priced at £4-00 per order and is not applicable to digital download only orders.
All orders over £75-00 receive a discount of 20% which is automatically calculated at time of checkout.
When you are happy with your purchases you have two options to pay to complete your order. The easiest, quickest, and preferred method is to pay online with Stripe. To do this simply click on the Pay with Card button to Proceed to Secure Server. You will then be taken to the Stripe site. You will be able to use your preferred credit or debit card for payment. Fill in the required information.
On payment, we will receive an email detailing your order.
Alternatively to pay by cheque or online banking, please enter your email address and any special requirements in the Pay Offline box and then press the "Submit order" button to receive further instructions.
Please note: If you make an error at any time you will be able to alter or delete items once in your shopping cart. If you have any queries or issues at any time please use the contact form and we will endeavour to respond as soon as possible.
